It is a lookout from a path that goes out to the edge of the cliff. The wild mountain goats climb along the opposite cliff because of mineral deposits in the rock.
That bridge is the railroad trellis that we walked across last summer when we were up here.
Looks very high up. Scenic but I would not go to the edge since I'm not a big fan of heights.
